(a)); misdemeanor assault by means of force likely to inflict great bodily injury with a deadly weapon (Â§ 245, subd. (a)(1)); and a single count of misdemeanor corporal injury to a spouse. (Â§ 273.5, subd. (a)(1).) Additionally, three allegations pursuant section 12022.7, subdivision (d) were found to be true.
